Initial Specialist Technical Pathway
Defesa Talent's initial specialist technical pathway focuses on IPC/WHMA-A-620, supporting cable and wire harness assembly capability relevant to defence, aerospace and advanced-manufacturing environments. Certification is completed through the applicable authorised training/certification pathway or provider. Future capability streams may be developed in response to Defence & Industry Partner requirements across other specialist technical areas.

A structured, industry-facing pathway that prepares participants for real production environments and workplace expectations — not abstract theory.
Industry Placement Model
Eligible participants may progress to supervised workplace exposure with participating Defence & Industry Partners, subject to host requirements and availability.
